Bank Frick receives ISO 27001 certification for the highest level of security

Press Releases

Bank Frick has received the internationally recognised ISO 27001 certification, which is a strong sign of its commitment to information security. The award confirms the Bank’s high standards when it comes to protecting sensitive data and strengthens its position as an innovative and trustworthy partner in the finance industry.

ISO 27001 is the leading global standard for information security management systems (ISMS). The certification demonstrates that Bank Frick has established an audited, structured and effective security system that reliably protects sensitive information and IT infrastructures.

“In the data-intensive and digitalised financial world, a high standard of security is essential. The certification not only strengthens the trust of our clients and partners, but also opens up new opportunities for international cooperation,” explains Kurt Staud, Head of Business Technologies at Bank Frick.

Greater security, greater efficiency, more trust

With ISO 27001 certification, Bank Frick ensures that regulatory requirements are consistently complied with. At the same time, it is increasing its competitiveness, particularly in cooperation with technology-oriented companies such as fintechs.

“Our clients can trust that their confidential data is protected from cyberattacks and data leaks in the best possible way through verified processes,” emphasises Raphael Haldner, Head of Banking Solutions at Bank Frick.

In addition, the structured security management system allows for a more efficient design of internal processes and ensures clear responsibilities. “When a bank of our size meets these challenging standards, it underscores our determination and consistent focus on quality and security,” says Melanie Mündle, CFO of Bank Frick.

Information security as a continuous process

For Bank Frick, the certification is not just a snapshot, but is part of a continuous improvement process. The Bank undertakes to continuously monitor and develop its security measures in order to meet the highest standards over the long term.
With this step, Bank Frick once again underscores its responsibility for data security and stability in an increasingly digitalised financial world.
