Dr Mario Frick has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bank Frick since 2008. He is a lawyer with his own law firm and he was Prime Minister of the Principality of Liechtenstein from 1993 to 2001, and President of the Liechtenstein Chamber of Lawyers from 2005 to 2014.
 

Rolf Jermann has been a member of the Bank’s Board of Directors since 2016. The established credit and strategy expert has been a self-employed strategy consultant since 2015. He was previously head of the Credit division at VP Bank in Liechtenstein, where he was responsible for the group’s entire credit business.
 

Marianne Müller has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bank Frick since May 2022. She is a qualified auditor, has extensive experience in particular in connection with the auditing of banks in Switzerland and Liechtenstein and brings with her great expertise in the areas of regulatory affairs, compliance and financial market supervision.

Edi Wögerer has been managing the operative business of Bank Frick since 2014 and heads up the Customer Relations department. He has been working at the Bank since 2000 and became a member of the Management Board in 2010. He is also a member of the Board of the Liechtenstein Bankers Association.

 

Michael Dolzer has been a member of the Management Board at Bank Frick since 2019 and works as the Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the Business Technologies and Innovation Management department. Michael Dolzer began working at Bank Frick in 2012, in what was then the Bank’s IT department.

 

Melanie Mündle has been a member of the Management Board since 2017. She is responsible for the Finance, Risk & Controlling department. A Swiss certified expert in accounting and controlling, Melanie Mündle was previously head of the Finance department. She began her career at Bank Frick in 2006.
